Sports Direct

Visited this branch first time but terrible experience. Wanted a pair for my toddlers but whatever pair i picked i couldn't find size. Wanted a 9 1/2 not available. Asked for 10 not available, went for 10 1/2 not available only one pair which is on display.
If u have kids younger then 4 no use visiting the store staff not very helpful. Kept us waiting while he listened to the instructions on “walkie talki”from manager to Keep right shoe on display etc.
Left without buying any pair for the kids.

The shop is big. 2 floors big. They have some ok stuff here but there's nothing exceptional at all. Bland and boring at its finest. Staff... I think I saw maybe 3 - 4 staff members. All uninterested in helping anyone or actually working, completely ignorant and lacking the IQ to tie the shoe laces in the shop.. hence it's why many of the shoes are velcro.. handy for the workers with clearly special needs. To be honest I'd rather shop at down town Bosnia in the 90s

Excellent and efficient customer service. Good selection of products with price ranges to meet most needs. Nice tidy store.

A great place to shop for all things Sports. The Slough branch is packed with clothing, footwear, a variety of bags and back packs as well as sports gear for a range of sports such as football, cricket, cycling, snooker, boxing, weights and weight training equipment.
With 2 floors the store packed with merchandise to suit all age ranges. The staff are polite and courteous.
All in all its well worth a visit 😃

I wanted to return one item that doesn't suit me and they want me to use a voucher in their stores. Which I find disrespectful and unkind towards the customer. We should be able to decide where we could expend our money instead to be forced to leave it in their pockets.

Getting through to the vets is hard work! No one ever answers and even when emails are sent, no one acknowledges them so you have no option but to go in!

Ridiculous policy of £4 Click and collect in store something which even their store colleagues are unhappy with!

Sports Direct is very friendly, and has good staff on hand. Their products are very affordable and they have a variety of products. Every time I go there, they always have the right item for me.
However, they seem a little short-staffed and it seems that they don't refresh their items as much as they should, with the same item being there for a long time.
