Sports Direct

I visited this store yesterday (7/4/2019) to buy some trainers. I asked the guy for some guidance and he just was not interested, he had the worst customer care skills I have ever come across. He clearly didn't want to help at all. We ended up walking out in disgust!

Excellent products. The infrastructure is very poor. Long deliveres (approx 1 week) for online orders also returns policy very poor. Very dated by today's standards.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions you can only try one pair of shoes??? Have been to other shoe stores and you can try as many as you want, I suppose they sanitize them somehow afterwards.

It is so good to go to all I have to do Is drive there and it is only 4 minutes from my house so 5*

All good...just didn't have size/product I wanted.....but sorted anyway👍

Great service, Adam was very helpful, got Two pairs of running trainers, great value.

Got everything I went for, plus a bit more. Well stocked and pleasant staff

Good set up.Staff are helpful.Loads of good deals on a wide range of outdoor clothing and sports wear.
