This place is just brilliant, easy to find on the high street.
Friendly staff, always happy to help and fast!
The store looks good the only thing I don't really like is that there is not much space in order to respect the social distancing.
Hand sanitizer at the entrance and cleaning products as well.
Fair prices and bargains through out the year, good quality stuff and a large variety of brands available too.
What I love the most are the sport accessories like the tennis ones, good quality and most of the time available in the stock even if not they have amazing customer service if you want to order it online.
Returning policies within 28 days fair enough, don't forget to keep your receipt 😁

Good place to buy sports items. Nice options available for shoes, sports clothes and winter jackets. Swimming suit and set are available for kids and adults. Very cute fancy gears available for kids. The customer service isn’t great, you need to find the things and sizes yourselves. There are mix and match offers on many stuff but you need to pay attention to details as they would be some disclaimers, I had to go to till and then re select

Although there are good deals to be had and I shop here regularly, today store had 2 tills open and we waited more than 15min... then 2 staff members jumped in front and got served, not happy

1. Overpriced.
2. The staffs attitude is parallel with there hourly rate! So i understand there complacency!
3. It also appears that they have a computer system that doesn't have data of the stock that they carry! How one runs a business this way! I am totally perplexed!
4. There own website is cheaper than instore prices. Surely this is Prediction of what is to come. The End of Retail stores!

Lovely sportswear store located in the heart of Hounslow. Has wide range of sporting items including clothing, trainers, base ball bat etc. Good value for money compared to JD Sports as you can find many discounted items.Customer service is friendly, attentive and professional, I enjoyed my shopping experience.

Like other sports direct shops on the high streets, Hounslow shop is also quite big and one may get many different types of shoes and sports accessories there. It may not have stocks from different sports brands but definitely you will get their own brands there. For shoes, you may get varieties (but all sizes for each style may not be available always) of renowned brands at a comparable price. The best part is I like the offers for buying multi packs. If you have a proper plan, you can save more.
Car parking your car may be a question as it does not have a customer parking. However, you can use treaty centre car park or any parking at the nearby streets outside the high street.

over the weekend I was shopping at sports direct and was helped by a young girl with blue eyes and blondish/brownish hair. she had very lovely customer services skills and supported me with finding comfortable gym clothes! 10/10 experience all thanks to her/ give her a pay rise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this store has become my go-to sports direct because of her. than yoy very much!
