often various promotions for clothes and shoes. one huge minus is the delivery after shopping online. the waiting time is several to several times longer than the one given during the purchase. for example, my order was supposed to reach me from 2-4 days but I received it after over 3 weeks. I had to call to customer service and remind them several times to send my order. I do not recommend online purchases from this store. I've had it several times. this was not an isolated case.

Great place to get the original genuine brands. Only pick my order that I have it online ordered. Worcester shop is small not much variety to choose from but that's just my opinion. Stuff is OK not very friendly and pay much attention when you are there kind of have to chase them to help you.

Customer service is non-existent at best, took a pair of trainers in store to exchange for a bigger size and they’ve insisted the trainers would be delivered to me by hermes, more than one month later I found my self without trainers or refund on them and customer service does not reply anymore tho I have provided more than enough evidence that said parcel was not delivered. Would NOT recommend and 1 star only for store staff(they deserve more but....)

Not one of the best stores. Looks like the place is closing down with all the SALE stickers on the windows. Very small store and old fashioned. Was like a cattle market inside and wasn't even enough room to look at things. Very low on stock. And staff didn't really know what they was doing. Needs a new larger store.

Lots of choice and some bargains, but finding staff and the right till....one is for gaming one is for refunds..... shame they are not dual purpose like other shops.

Popped in to collect a pre ordered item, took a while for the server to find it for me. In the meantime the other 4 members of staff stood around chatting, no one seemed bothered when the phone rang and rang and rang... hope that wasn't a customer wanting help
