Went here to collect an order that had been placed on line. Opening times stated on line and on my order said they opened at 9am. It was almost 9.15 before they got there! Wouldn't normally be a problem but I hadn't taken any cash for the car park!! Luckily had my debit card with me (as proof of ID for jd) so had to put 50p pm that! If they'd opened on time I wouldn't have had to pay anything for parking! It took a good 8 minutes from when they eventually opened the get my order from out the back.

If you want shoes from 2016 that no one would wear anymore, here is your place. Never has any of the trainers that are popular, they are around 4 years behind the curve. Some of the clothing is alright theres just not much choice

Unhelpful staff! Items priced incorrectly but would not honour their mistake! No apology just a shrug of the shoulder that someone labelled them wrong! I won’t be shopping there again.

This place has no set hours, opens and closes whenever the staff feel like it all times of day. They were closed early on a day when I had driven specifically to pick up an order, shutters half pulled but customers still inside. The lady on the door just said manager wants to close early. I asked if she could get my orders out the back and was told no. I asked to speak to the manager as the girl was quite rude and unhelpful (I had seen her before on a previous visit and found her quite rude then.) the manager was worse! No wonder the staff are not customer friendly when they’re taught by such rude management. A customer service course or 2 wouldn’t go amiss!

Its ok but they dont do big size trainers

Small shop. Staff were awful in there, no one seemed to know what they were doing. Waited so long to get served. Bought trainers off the shelf had £50 sale, then when I got the trainers came up with £70, trying to explain this is not the price. Had it not been a xmas present I would have told them to stick it and walked out. I did get them for £50, won't use that branch again. Staff to young, not got a bloody clue

Ordered item online and filled form and details for he person to whom will collect the item . I received email item is ready for collection in store . My husband went to collect the item but store staff said there is no item to be collected .i called JD sport office they said item is already in store when they called JD sort farnborough staff told officials e our system was not working so they lied to customers without checking and denied if item is in store .
However it’s advised to us go back again and collect item unfortunately this time again they denied item should be collected who ordered although he shows all proof of id and his name was included at the time of purchase as a collection person . So called Again help center they said yes his details are there to be collect item .i am fed up now and felt better to return the item .
I would never ever will purchase item from them .
Very frustrating and bad customer service they provide .
