Today went to pick up my order one of the staff who was a lad was really rude asked about my order rudly replied to me ..

Advertised as King of trainers, but I find the range of trainers available all very similar with little variety.
Compared to other similar shops I also find them expensive.

Staff were excellent, had to return a faulty pair of 95's, happy to help and dealt with without delay

The shop is clean and well maintained, not a massive range of products to choose from but this is to be expected bearing in mind the selling area of the shop. Sales assistants very friendly and helpful. The reason for 3 stars is the unpleasant encounter that I've had with shop manager few months ago who didn't let me buy a pair of trainers because the price on a tag SEEMED to be too low. When questioned what's the actual price she said she can't find it in the system but won't let me buy them for the price from the tag either. I left the shop unimpressed to say the least.

very slow staff, not very helpful, appalling service every time I go there I'm queuing for 15 mins or more just not practical if your short on time. normally only one person on tills while the other staff stand around and chat even when the queue is huge. last time I went the person behind the till called 3 times for help from other staff but did not received it and this is the case every time I go in there, thinking of going elsewhere in the future.

Staff are rude waited over 20 mins at the till for someone to come and serve us! No offer to help no where near as good as the Derby store! Had this issue before and walked out leaving stuff at the till!
