Went to the store yesterday to return an online purchase as the item was too big. Served by a lovely happy attitude polite young man who took the time to explain my options and then extra explanation of how to use the store credit online. Literally made me smile as his customer service was 100%. Thank you. Also good store with great opening hours.

Store staff very helpful and friendly with exception to 1 member who was a little bit rude, it only takes 1 bad moment. Just a reminder..

Decent selection of sportswear, the staff were nice but not enough staff on the shop floor. We had to walk around for a bit to find someone who was already dealing with 3 other customers. He looked stressed but was still polite and helpful.

I enjoyed my time while shopping and searching for clothes , staff workers were very nice and very helpful

They don't deserve a single star, they are quick to take your cash and then you are left with their cowboy delivery service. When there's a delivery delay the drivers don't update customers and their customer support is a joke. Avoid buying online.

Visited on a Friday evening in December to buy Wellies/ walking boots- we had a really great sales assistant Jordan help us out. He provided excellent customer service- helped us try on a variety of shoes- was not pushy- offered sound opinion and didn’t mind us going back and forth and handled other customers efficiently as he waited for us!
