Absolutely loved it everything sports related under one roof my children spent a fortune, (actually I did)... in there as rather little pricey compared to other sports retailers but we'll worth the money for keeping the kids happy. Lovely staff too very helpful great products on show easy to see what you want and like . Parking right on door step to so bonus. Very tidy and clean store . Super shopping experience.

Useless place. I asked a young lad for help (he was mid convo with his bruv about some girl he'd seen in town who he definitely would) asking for NB trainers "erm, They'll be down there on the sale stuff if we have"
I said where, he just gestured.
I returned on not finding them, can you order them online as I have seen them in here?
"dunno"
So, nope. I went to schuh who were really helpful, gave me my forces discount and gave me a points card(on an app) so I bought 2 more pairs as they had what I wanted.

Literally the most useless jd ever, 2 people on the shop floor, stuff where it shouldn’t be, non sale items on the sale rail tbh just a pointless store, nothing even worth going in for.

Absolute rip off. We picked up some kids adidas hi-tops in their sale £15. But when we reached the till they scan through as £65. The manager admitted it was their fault but refused to sell us the shoes at the marked price and offered a 10% discount. Moral don't trust their price tags they'll make up the price at the till.

It’s not often I jump on to do a review for a store but I was so impressed with the service I received today at Whiteley. The store was absolutely packed but one of the staff went out of his way to help me find a football kit for my son, they didn’t have any goalie gloves so he even suggested going to Sports Direct next door (wish I had taken his name, he was great) I had to queue for about 15 mins to pay but the guy at the till was apologised for the wait. Such helpful and friendly staff in-spite of being flat out. In contrast I then went to Sports Direct which was dead quiet and had to ask 2 seperate staff where the gloves were and they just jestured in the general direction, not helpful at all especially when they could see I was struggling with a 3 yr old with me.

Customer service lacking slightly not very chatty at the till made me feel uncomfortable a little

Try to search you as you go in cos bored and want to feel you up 😳, turn straight around don’t shop here

Yes pleased with the the young staff members ,they didn't have what we looking for at Whitley but phoned the Southampton branch an had a pair put behind th counter for us to come and pick up thank you guys 👍
