A deceptively large shop with parking! Plenty of walking shoes for good prices (mostly karrimor). They even go up to size 15 which is great.

Hi I'm at Uber driver I'm out for McDonald's I went to turn my car around from Sports Direct and I got a letter today day saying that that I was parked up up there for one and half hour which is lie they have send me pictures which I am standing on the giveaway waiting for to get away this is ridiculous from Sports Direct I want you guys be careful and do not pay the fine but turning your car around. I would like a proof if off Sports Direct and parking Highway that I was parked up there for 1-hour and 43 minutes if that's correct then I will pay..I have a proof from McDonald's and my jobs it's a busy time and you trying to say I was parked up there. I always turn in and out from there maybe they've got it wrong this needs to be sorted

Customer service was exceptional, staff were credit to the shop. Very vast range on offer , something for everyone. Reasonably priced, new seasonal deals and great sale prices.

Good selection of stock at typical SD discount prices. The hard part is buying it, dreadfully short staffed and the ones that are there have the personality and vocabulary the zombies from the Walking Dead.
ZERO staff upstairs, novices serving themselves hiking boots. Their Karrimor range has boxes of different sizes you can access but the better brands you need to ask a member of staff..

Shame. Good stock levels, good prices, poor staff

Drove 20mins to get jogging bottoms and checked website which stated closes at 4.30pm. Arrived at 3.54pm to a man holding the door shut. I knocked and he said 'we're closing now' so I looked at my watch to check the time, the door stated 4pm closing...by my maths that means I should still be able to get in? Knew what I wanted but taking my business elsewhere. Today and in the future. If staff are paid to be there until 4pm surely customers should be able to get in?!

Went only for the Internal Field and Trek store which years ago used to be a great outdoor clothing store like Cotswolds but its gone badly downmarket and all the stock looked as sad as the rest of the stock in Sports Direct. Can't comment on the staff since none were evident upstairs. Exited rapidly.
