Put someone at the till and you might sell something. Last time I was here a girl finally turned up with a bad attitude, annoyed that I needed serving. Today I waited ten minutes, then just dumped the goods on the counter and went home.

WALTHAMSTOW store second time turns us away because the "manager took the changing room keys home" but if the size is wrong they don't give cash refunds. How do you run a cloths bussiness without changing rooms and no cash refund? Walthamstow branch is shambolic, the worse run Sports Direct so far 0/10

I asked and was specifically told by a male assistant that a pair of trainers were leather (the label was very confusing) Then 2 days later they refused me a refund after I discovered online they weren't leather and tried to return them.

A female member of staff accused me of lying about what I'd been told when I bought them and told me wrongly that I didn't have a right to a refund.

Check Citizen's Advice website YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ACCEPT A CREDIT NOTE INSTEAD OF A REFUND IF YOU'VE BEEN MIS SOLD SOMETHING

AVOID THIS STORE THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

If I could give a -0 I would these shoes may look good but in just a year it will be ripped and ruined DONT RECCOMEND even a 1 is generous

Staff are rude and have no customer interaction skills,
I stood by 3 staff while they joked and messed about for 5 mins before I walked away they clearly saw me but obvious to me was a bit of chilled time is better than doing there job,
I ended up ordering on with amazon after walking out

I was very disappointed. I bought pants with cash yesterday. Which did not fit the form. Today, when returning, I was told that they cannot return the money, but will give a voucher for this amount. When I bought, I was not warned about such a scheme. I do not recommend visiting this store. How much time was spent - 2 visits, funds and I was left without pants. What's the point of a voucher if this store doesn't have good stuff. I'm disappointed. don't make mistakes like me.

I bought a pair of shoes in another sport direct outlet Stratford. One shoe was brand new the other was from display. I came back to my local sport direct in Walthamstow they were not willing to deal with my complaint and sent me back to Stratford. I am fuming. They are not a good representative of sport direct . Even with the receipt they made out that they are not part of the sport direct company. Disgusting customer service and despicable service.

I am writing this review only to prize a single member of the staff at Walthamstow store, a Brazilian girl, who has a sense of duty, solicitude and attentiveness. I avoid Sports Direct at all costs and for over a decade haven't bought anything for myself, because of the rudeness, apathy and the laziness of the staff, no exclusions, every store has the same toxic atmosphere, I believe that's their training. Today I was acting on behalf of my husband and this was my first and probably last good experience. I had no expectations, just the feeling of loss of time and disappointment, at the very best the answer " I can't help you". So I was dumbfounded by the willingness of the till operator to help. She took the pains to solve my problem and I am very grateful, wish there were more like her.
