The store manager was the rudest ever I met. We were buying shoes for family and wanted to buy 6 pairs. We were three of us and had about 4 pairs of shoes on the floor which we all were trying
. He was complaining that we had too many shoes out to try and shouted at us and asked us to leave his store. He was very #racist and behaved like a #bully at us. He was even rude to the store assistant, who was indeed very professional and helping us.
I also found that this guy has also been reported in other tweets/revs on social media and I wonder why #SportsDirect does nothing!

you have to beg or follow wherever they go, in the end because of you are annoying them so they give you whatever you ask…!!! but after all you looked super stupid ..!!!!!!!

they said short staff but when i find store manager he just standing front door use his phone…!!

if you really try to manage your store ( even you know you have short staff) you should help or work same as your staff…!! not just walking around…!!

Also all the staff are very rude and sleepy face all of them….!!!

Spent almost an hour here trying to find a staff member to get shoes in my size. Found one who disappeared to get them. I found her 10 minutes later and she had forgotten to go. Told me they didn't have them, then 'double checked' and brought them out. Awful service. If 0 was an option, they'd get that

The store manager is a rude guy he was being rude with a kid who asked if he had his shoes size and when i said something i got refused to be served by all the staff in the store that guy should be not allowed to work in retail not to mention for him to be a sore manager. I hope the guy will be fired as is not fit to work in retail

You can't tell customers to not come in 15 minutes before closing. That is rude to shout on someone. Unprofessional they should have been trained on customer service. Horrible

Staff quite rude. Shop was in a mess. I asked a lady about the size issue of some trainers. All she said . Read the labels and work it out yourself

Do not go and buy from them. And if you do that, make sure you don’t need to return the item because they won’t refund your money back. They say this is the company policy. So I am not recommending you to waste your money in this store. READ THE POLICY FIRST

I think this shop has been open since before I was born. Used to come here a lot as a kid, so glad to see it reopen post-lockdown. I come here to get all my games and consoles, staff are quite friendly and knowledgable and seem like the kind of people you can have a good chat with.
