Just visited to look for some running shoes. The assistant was helpful and knowledgeable giving me her opinions of owning the pair that I was looking at. She also advised me of their returns policy which would help me if they didn't suit me.
Genuine advice from helpful people. That is exactly what I look for in a sports shop. I have no hesitation in recommending this store and the assistants. I will shop there again.

Laughable company to deal with. Purchased an xbox controller which was faulty. I returned it within 10 days with receipt. When I spoke to the salesperson they informed me that no one in the Aylesbury store is qualified to deal with electronic returns and instead I have to return it to house of Fraser in the centre of town. If you can't deal with returns, you shouldn't be selling the product. Complete reluctance shown to help in store. I would not leave a single star if I had the option. Oh and to add to the wonderful experience I had a sarcastic "see ya" from the chav behind the counter. Please be aware!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking experience!
These products are not covered under warranty so buy at your own risk!!!
Shoes which are 1 week old have now split fabric and my warranty claim was refused by a RUDE and incompetent woman saying she is a supervisor and if she is saying no, its a no! Clearly had a bad day but customers should not be her punch bag... You are a joke!

Terrible experience. The staff are so rude and couldn’t care less about customer service. Overheard workers telling each other to shut up, and one worker was on her social media account. They could all do with training.

I’ve popped in here a couple of times recently as thinking about buying a few bits but unsure yet.
The staff seemed very friendly and polite and the store was very tidy. Some of these sports direct stores can look a bit like you’ve just turned up at a jumble sale but I have to say they’re getting better.
Plenty of parking outside but be aware you get two hours free, then you have to pay so make sure you pop your registration into the parking screen tin check and pay anything owed if you’ve gone over 2 hrs!

Awful experience. Drove 11 miles to buy a cricket ball only to be told that they were out of stock. When I asked a member of the team if any were in the stock room they replied: NO! As I was leaving the store I happened to find the cricket ball I was looking for. Complete joke of a service and when I complained to the manager, she tried to blame Covid-19 for the lack of training of her staff!
