Totally average place to shop although can pick up the odd bargain.
The main concern is the shocking manager who is not only clueless and cocky she speaks to her staff like rubbish, having over 12 years managerial experience in retail I'm also baffled as to how and why she got this position. I think the stores environment would be a better place without her and you would have more custom I surely won't be returning nor recommending in a hurry!

Firstly as I was walking in i heard the manager speaking to her staff in a horrible way which was strange as she was saying it in front of customers. Anyway there was a minor issue which could of been resolved very easily if she had just spoke to me in a nice professional manner but she chose to be disrespectful and came across as a bully but she was as quiet as a church mouse after I put her straight. Let's hope she learnt her lesson or if she hasn't then Sports direct need to get a grip and fire this monstrosity, teach her some manners or put her on a anger management course! Either way I don't know how she even got the managers role in the first place? It's a mystery! What a disgrace!

This is just the worst sports shop i've ever been in. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere. Sales staff here need to get their head round the idea that when you sell sports shoes people might occasionally want to try them on and not just buy the first pair you shove at them. Also when customers ask for their kids to try on a pair of football boots it doesn't usually mean that they are immediately going to rob you blind so there probably isn't too much of a need to speak to them like they're criminals....

Worst possible experience. Website shows opening times till 18:00 arrived at store around 17:15 and was refused entry. Duty manager (Adrian) was not only rude but his behaviour was disgraceful. I bought the wrong size and just wanted to exchange. Left the shop at 16:45 but rushed back after checking online that shop is opened till 18:00. Arrived at the shop at 17:15 but this rude manager (Adrian) refused to let me in. Now won't be able to exchange due to lock down and I won't be needing the items anymore. it was a last minute shopping for someone. Worst experience ever. Wish Adrian gets the same treatment in his desperate time.

At any time, I love the variety of clothes there and also lots of shoes with a wide range of sizes too.

A big thanks to all the staff on my shopping experience yesterday Sat 20 th , from the green tabarded gentlemen manning the queue outside to the trainer sales staff and the counter staff for their patience, helpfulness and super service under current difficult trading conditions.

Always a good deal to be had in this shop! Worth a visit !
