Awful customer service. Staff "very busy" (doing nothing) until they realized I was waiting forever and decided to "help". Then I tried the trainers and moved around the store to walk while trying and the guy was desperately looking for me thinking I had STOLEN the shoes! AWFUL experience, never again. Even though the trainers fit, I didn't buy it. Schuh got me.

My god! Customer service non existent in this store! Chavvy guys on the shoes totally ignoring customers to chat up girls! Disgusting!!! Staff looked stoned around the shoes never go here again! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I am very sorry but I need to give one star only and I hope the management is going to look into this and improve the customer service quality. You have got great choice of garments there but the female staff is ridiculously unpleasant, unhelpful and rude. It almost feels like this is a punishment for them to work there.

Worst experience ever. There was a $55 price tag on a hoodie when i was about to pay for it turns out $65 in their system. I just politely told the manager you should remove that $55 tag so people won't get confused she yelled at me " ARE YOU TELLING ME HOW TO MY JOB " .

The staff wasn't polite at all! If you don't like to talk to people and help them, change job! It's not my fault if you had a bad day. Ιt's your job to be polite and happy to help a costumer!

Line up were ridiculous for the opening and all the good limited shoes don't have the popular sizes in stock over heard that the staffs already snatched them up for themselves with their discounts before opening and that's why there's non for customers if that's the case then it's super unprofessional for a grand opening of a new store just saying.
