What the hell... you don’t want our money? Can’t get the fact that I want to get shoes and wait for a size 30 min.... the shop was not full and the staff was not available and not welcoming at all.. so we just left ... how can a business conduct like that.

Couldn't find a staff member downstairs at all, went upstairs and there was 2 of them just standing around just chatting. At the tills they had two staff members on a busy Saturday, one had no idea what they where doing and called for help 4 times with the same customer. The other was extremely rude. Waited 15 minutes in a queue for the women to ask if was paying my cash or card. Then have a go saying we don't take cash. Staff are unwilling to help.

My review is 0....and again 0 for Sport direct Bromley. I got issues with returning item , of place my money they give me vouchers. The managers both of them are extremely unfriendly, they even didn't listen to my issues .When I said that I will complain the manager , she said 'OK you can do'.
So ladies and gentlemen can you answer to me: why when someone apply for job there is three stages of interview with 30 questions if of the end we have extremely rude managers?!?
THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS! Today my services was 🤢 disgusting!

Drove to the Bromley store today after being advised that a price match would be made to match the online price of a mens top. The assistant manager who said his name was Kieran 🤔 was extremely rude and had no customer service skills at all. Made a real show of himself with his lack of upbringing and training with his aggressiveness. Not cool!..

I spend over £500 a month at sports direct but because of the attitude of this assistant manager I will not be returning to the Bromley branch ever again and will sure tell all my friends where i work to stay away!.

Management: I will provide the time and date at the till to review this mans poor attitude of a so called assistant manager via the cameras should you decide to further investigate.

Appalling customer service. Another good reason to keep shopping online. As much as I want to support my local economy, the attitude of it’s staff persuade me otherwise.

Long wait in the queue, only one person serving at tills.
Charges £4.50 for online orders to be collected from store. Chose to shop elsewhere.

I never have seen such beautifully put together selection of shoes. Its possible to look at all the shoes technically by standing a distance from the wall. I was able to find the high neck trainers I have been looking for in my size on an offer. Thats pretty cool really

was disappointed they would not honour the promotion price that was marked with a sticker on the golf gloves I bought, £10 each or 2 for £14. They said it was a mistake and should be 2 for £15 and they had 24 hours to correct the mistake according to legislation
