Returns are horribe to make at that store and also never order anything to that store. On both occasions I never got an email to state my item was in store. Had to ring customer support several times to which the answer was turn up at the store (after a week of chasing up my order) and see if they have it. Done that. Went to return two of the items and was told it was outside the 2 week return policy. They did not acknowledge that it was a fault on their part as to why my order was a week late. If I am returning my item a week after i physically got it how is it now outside of the return window policy. Manager was useless and rude and didn’t want to listen. Kept on saying I had to exchange. Couldn’t even offer a gift card. Gave it two starts due to the lovely lady on tills who was very helpful trying to find a solution to my problem that was caused by JD. That lady is an asset to that store.

Store was empty barely any customers come to til 3 customers in front of me. Three member of staff behind till hanging closes in hangers rather then serving us, another member of staff come to side saying good bye finishing shift n took another member of staff with them when they could have been serving.

Decent store just a little disappointed every time I go there stock is an issue either ran out of popular items and sizes which means need to order in store for collection or send for delivery. Ample free parking though. Nice food stalls setup nearby to have brunch lunch or breakfast.

Got a click and collect and im standing in the queue for 40mins where 2 staff are serving 12+ customers, other staff walking up and down seeing the long queue but don't bother to help out, management is a mess here. Told to stand on the side and im still waiting for another 15mins. Don't waste your time doing click and collect or shopping here, shop elsewhere where customers are a priority.

Music too loud unnecessarily like its a night club. Stuffy and crowded air con apparently broken... Customer service and purchase queues merges at first then u get asked to queue up to join a separate queue for returns/exchange.

These guys have kids working for them with no manners and don't care about customers. Not the best experience even after spending 150 pound.

My jd experience was good particularly because of one staff member called Fatima she was very bubbly and had a smile
