The girl with the long brown hair was too busy chatting with a colleague rather than doing her job helping customers, disgusting behaviour there are customers in the store and shes just chatting away without a care in the world. Very disappointed, was going to spend alot of money untill i saw the state of the staff. Very horrible service.

I was in the Woolwich branch today to pick up my click and collect items from a online order. While in store I asked to use the fitting rooms and was told no they are closed today.

Would give - stars if possible . Wanted to try on some clothes to see if they fit but 2 staff told me the rooms were broken ?!? How is a room broken? No explanation or anything just oh it’s broken!? Another customer even tried battling it with one of the employees as why it is broken and the employee was very rude and mocked the customer when they walked away!! The young teenage women their is very rude and do not recommend!! Will not be returning

Lots of staff not actually doing much. Even though store wasn't busy had a long wait to receive shoes before I could try on. The pair I had chosen also had the wrong price tag on. Had to highlight this at the till and show price via website. Other than this got what I wanted, so happy.

The biggest thing is the music it's very loud. My son I autistic and he really struggles with loud sound. They should really cater for everyones taste in music too.

Im sure this outlet could do with more staff at the till. Its annoying, staying on the queue for over 20minutes to be served.

Was able to purchase nice items for my children at affordable prices. Staff was helpful and unavailable item was ordered at the till and delivered home freely. Only issue was that I could not get suitable female tracksuit for myself.
