Cost effective place to pick up sports apparel for adults and kids. Changing rooms are like changing behind saloon doors. Guessing they suffer from a lot of shoplifting so wish to make it harder for that reason but there is a proper balance to be had with decency and privacy when trying something on!

Also wish they would stop pushing their bags and magazines. If customers want them will ask or pick them up themselves!!!

I would give zero stars to this place if it was an option. The worst customer experience ever. I went to buy one important item I needed as I was in a hurry to go somewhere else after that and the staff were so unhelpful. I asked for help and the employees just ignore you. I had to stand there for 15 minutes just waiting for help and chasing them to help me. I asked one boy with glasses if they have a particular size available and he said, “I don’t think so” and just left to help another customer without checking. I went to the cashier and I put my one item on the table and the cashier (girl with curly hair) just rolled her eyes and was looking at another customer who got a lot of stuff and sarcastically smiled at him and didn’t even look me. I felt so uncomfortable and awkward. I never experienced this kind of service in my entire life. No wonder the place is empty even though there is 50% off on everything. I would suggest to either shop online or at JD.

Store manager decided to blame me for the mess of the shop. I had accidentally let one pair of shorts fall to the floor (it had been draped over a rack and was covering the sizes of the other clothes and it fell) and I hadn’t picked it up as there was no clothes hanger to hang it back up. Turned to the nearest staff member to ask about a deal they were having (buy 2 pairs for £££) and was immediately blamed for all the other stuff in the section that wasn’t put back correctly. Went back to get her details and she had a load of her staff members and security crowded around her ready to gang up on me. So I assume she’s used to pulling stunts like this. Awful customer experience will not be back there again.

All staff are rude and lazy . I was asking for a size of a shoes to fit but no one cares . I asked 3 staff and they have the same answer to me like "wait my colleagues to come out he can assist you"
Better close the shop if you don't want to do your job . Never go back to this shop again sports direct westfield !

Remember Sports Direct don’t offer refunds for returned items, even if it’s for the wrong size. They only offer exchange or store credit. Disappointing. Probably the only chain store to be operating this way in the 21st century.

Horrible staff there, no manners , no respect. Specially the guys with the coloured hair. He need to train how to speak or handle with the customer.Even though it wasn’t busy apart from few customer .He just latterly asked me why I touched the trainer if I dnt buy it. Seriously!!!!!

Bad service, they never gave me an answer, they ignored me and I no longer made all my purchases! Horrible service I asked 5 people and none attended me!
