Went to buy trainers with my son, plenty of choice and advice on sizes, staff really helpful. Prices as expected. Pair of socks £15 hope my son enjoys wearing them. Shopping at 5.15 pm so store not too busy.

It always seems disorganised in this store. I like the Brand and don’t think they should have been pummelled in the Which survey to the extent they were. But I’ve been in a few times in the last week trying to buy a couple of things and the queues are a joke with not all positions manned. They should at least have someone signposting to customers that they are going as fast as they can because it never looks like they are ... instead you get managers or supervisors hanging over the desk entry idle. I’m an experienced retailer and lover of all things customer for 30 years and it’s about time you did do something the Which report highlighted TRAIN YOUR COLLEAGUES .... properly. It ain’t rocket science! On a positive note a very friendly chap said bye and have a good day after I gave up in the queue for the third time in 6 days.

I've purchased my last three pairs of trainers. I do like experienced staff like Alina, who have helped Mr get them.

Visited JD sports in watford and must say received amazing service from young lady called Ramisha. I was really struggling to find the right trainers all the ones i tried were uncomfortable she recommended me a few which i tried and wow found a pair that was so comfortable and love them thanks to her. Great customer service!

Hey I had amazing experience with MISS Mishante at JD sport she was so helpful and very warm welcoming.

Went here and there was an outstanding young man who was helping us and his customer service was fantastic. Really good customer service for a young man these days. Very impressed

Lots of great products.
However very disappointed with the Covid safety measures.
None of the employees was wearing a facemask in the store while it is compulsory to wear one.
