Too bad, i can't say one star. The manager refused to open another tile while one of the shopkeeper was willing to and made us wait for no reasons. Another customer needed more time to sort out their order (Fair enough). Still refuse to open another tile for people who were waiting Terrible customer service. The guy name was Abdullah.

The entire company needs customer service training.

These shops are mainly run by kids and it shows. I gave 2 stars as the attitude changed after waiting 30 minutes for a refund to be sorted out and getting an apology for the wait.

As I walked into the store I was greeted by a worker even though she was working she greeted me. Her manager the best customer service I've had in a good while. I will be going back there again.
