Sports Direct

There is certainly plenty of choice. I could spend a lot of time and money here. The value is amazing. Always look at the sale racks. The staff were very welcoming. I have also used their click and collect service which is excellent. If you in town always worth a visit.

Just tried to purchase something. Nobody on till, so I gave up. As frequently the case (my experience at this branch) either nobody on the till or one cashier and a que.

Plenty of items on sale here to take advantage of, I walked away with a number of running shorts for a great price.

Large store well stocked with all the sporting goods you would expect. Set across one floor with no stairs or steps, access should be easy for the disabled or people with buggies.

Helpful staff assisted me with locating a rather niche item of wrist sweat bands….I wasn’t hopeful as they went out in the 80’s didn’t they! However got a set!

Totally discussed with sports direct.
There policy is no money refunded, exchange of goods or credit note. Today I returned goods that were incorrectly marked replacement goods were not available, a credit note was offered only. It is company policy NOT TO GIVE CASH REFUND. I would have been happy to exchange goods but the replacement goods weren't available in store.
I will definitely not be shopping at Sports Direct again and hopefully after reading this you will not shop there either. High Street shopping is dieing, is it any wonder? PS
I have given a one star rating because no star rating is not an option. Guess it's not my day for option.

Excellent customer service from Stuart - was very helpful & polite.

Great value from a great sports shop and great for finding out items online before going to buy them in store.

So underrated! Some great prices for sports clothing and bits and bobs that are usually quite dear elsewhere.
Special shout out to the helpful and friendly staff. Often find they can be rude and unfriendly in shops like these but not here everyone had a smile on their face and were happy to help:)
