Ordered pair of shoes for £42 and underwears which I didn't need but neeeded to make order above £50 for delivery in store. £5 was charged for delivery in store. Once I completed order, I got the message that shoes are out of stock!!! So I ended up getting underwear worth £12 and paid £5 for delivery which was mainly intended for shoes! Why shoes were shown in stock while ordering when they were not in stock really? This company is pure cheat and also when I went to collect order in cowley store, they had no clue about cancelling of shoes and also store manager is rude and dumbest guy on earth with nosense of customer service. Probably SD advertise cheap to get customers in but do not deliver the items as promised. You end up paying for delivery cost to the store!!! Also return for web order is charged to the customer . You cannot return it in store free of charge. Avoid at all cost!

As it is the nearest branch to me, I went there to get a trainers for my girlfriend, I gave the rather large blonde girl there the size, firstly she said rudly, if is not there we don't have it, when I insisted she go and have a look at the back, she went reluctantly, but hid behind the door, not realising I can still see her, came back and said no we don't have it in stock.

Good parking staff friendly and fast the T-shirts I got value for money weekends can be busy.

Sadly you can't give zero stars. Rude lazy staff downstairs. Waited an age to be served whilst the 2 girls hid among the trainers chatting. When i went upstairs to be served they call after me did i needed serving i said id hate to disturb them and not to trouble themselves which prompted them to laugh at me. Thank you to the lovely girl upstairs who served me immediately.

I would give negative ratings if there is an option. One of the staffs at the cash counter was so rude to me today(29-Nov 07:00PM)when asked about price of a shoe and request for another size was made. She was seen yelling at other staffs and also was showing similar behavior towards other customers.I wonder how such a person is in charge of cash transactions where customer interaction is so pivotal.

I would never visit this store again in my life. Sports direct, please make it a top priority to train your staff on how to handle customers.

Super big store with vast collections of shoes and training gears. The in-store customer service was not so good - kinda lazy and not so engaging, and confidently giving wrong information. However, it becomes messy when you'd try to reach out over the phone. They simply never pick up the phone - I wonder what's the point of having a contact number if customers' can't reach you?

Great big shop! I came in here desperate for school shoes quickly! There was a wide variety all half price less than £20 which was amazing! The staff were very friendly and attentive which made my shop a lot quicker and easier. They had everything I needed!

If I could give a zero I would ! When initially walking into the store was smiled and greeted by the man at the door, the guys on mens footwear were very helpful and all was well, went upstairs to find some swimming costumes and asked a blondish woman if they did refunds on swimwear as they were gifts, the rather large woman then proceeded to widen her eyes at me and said “no” very rudely and continued to aggressively stock shelves. I then asked if I could try on the clothes and she said “yep” and I asked where then was shouted at and she said while aggressively using her hands “look there” then rolled her eyes. Then saw another employee laughing and gave me a face as if to say ignor her. The guy served me on tills and was nice to me and told me not to worry about his coworker as she is always like that and will not be sacked as she’s been there for so long. While walking down the stairs a worker with black hair was glued to her phone texting and when asking her about the refund policy on shoes she said bluntly “no refunds, just exchanges” then walked off. This store has many young nice members however some here act like they are in school and the unprofessional idk is disgusting. I asked the guy on tills for the strip managers contact, he did not know but told me his name and will be taking his further as needed.
