Sports Direct

Visited the Aintree sports direct store. This is a large well stocked shop even better than the store in Liverpool City centre. Far more variety of stock and there are designer outlets within this store. USC . I'd highly recommend popping in if you're after sports wear, sneakers 👟. Footballs ⚽️ and designer clothing. Ideally located close to the motorway network too 👍🏻

They had work going on at the time of the visit and even that doesn't impede the quality of the the service from the staff. Great layout. Insane amount of choice. Great choice in budgets, styles and names.
Never had an issue with this company and undoubtedly, never will. Brilliant shop.

I visited the aintree store yesterday, the customer service from a middle aged woman called Melinda was disgusting. Nit only did I hear her speaking to a young girl in a very disrespectful and bullying way, her attitude when I asked for help was very unprofessional!
She needs to go back to basics and learn how to speak not only her customers but her colleagues in a respectful manner.

Not suitable for anyone who has walking difficulty. No where to sit and rest, other than the shoe area. I would have spent significantly more money than I did if there had been seats in each area to rest . No toilet facilities, told McDonald's have a toilet!! But have plenty of disabled parking, such a contradiction.

Went to the shop to return an item I had bought online … 2 same size and make swimsuits one was fine the other was too big, went into store to see if I could get an exchange ….one was obviously labelled wrong it was definitely a bigger size .. manufacturing issue, they didn’t have one in the colour I wanted. I was told that to return an item purchased online I would have to pay the return postage …. this should have been wavered as the issue was with the sizing of the item and not that I’d ordered the incorrect size. The customer service I received was very very poor, I spoke to two different members of staff at the till both as incompetent as the other, definitely a training issue … disappointed.

Rude and clueless female member of staff who was working in the game at Sports direct Aintree today 7/1/23 we pick up a game we wanted today went to the till was stood at the till for 5 mins before the girl saw me, I gave her the game I wanted was asked if it was cash or points I said I wanted to use my game reward card she said that the game was £47 no it’s got preowned sticker on for £31.99 oh that’s not the price now its £47 I told her no it says £31.99 she said we don’t do that now if I wanted the game I was to buy it at £47 the female said the the prices had been do wrong if I wanted the game for £31.99 I was to purchase the game for £47 then bring it back and get credit for it to which I declined and said I would be speaking to trading standards. Very poor customer service

Quite a big store with plenty of choice for the men. Good prices and pleasant staff
