The only place I go for my trainers and EA7, it has just about every single brand of trainer you can think of, it's also bloody huge!!! And caters for every budget, can spend hours in there just looking and browsing, Absolutely love JD Sports

Super big store with friendly staff. Everything laid out smart. Clothes overpriced though.

I just visited the Leicester Highcross store, with my daughter. The young lady who helped us with trainers was very helpful. However, when the long queue to pay hadn't moved for 15 minutes, I went to the till and politely asked why there was a holdup. I'd grown a little frustrated, but certainly wasn't being rude or pushy. Irrespective of how I was perceived, the response from the guy working the till was totally unprofessional, staring aggressively at me and barking something along the lines of, "what do you expect me to do about it"! I appreciate that he was having a stressful day, but nothing justifies such rude and aggressive behaviour towards customers. I left the store and won't be returning. I ordered the trainers online, direct from Nike, I'm pleased to say they were less expensive online. My advice - avoid JD Sports

Coming here to buy stuff is probably the worst thing a person can do. When I entered the shop I was met with loud music. I could barely think whilst I was walking through the maze like a madman. The staff were not very helpful and the only reason why I am giving this place a 2 star is because I feel sorry for the underpaid staff working there.

A wonderful sportswear shop, but your internet connection is very bad there, and also your workers are pretty stupid, a worker asked my sister if she needs a plastic bag 4 times, even after my sister answered yes, she continuously kept on asking. Still a good store👍

Besides the ridiculously overpriced shoes and clothes, whenever you enter this shop staff will look at you suspiciously like you shouldn't be there if you don't have a certain look. Trust me these aren't high end designer clothes, it's Nike and Adidas. No need to be uppity about it. £90 for joggers? Go elsewhere.
