Terribly disappointed with my visit on 30th July. I picked up a large mens Tracksuit bottoms and the tag was missing. The man at the till was new and couldn’t find the code on the clothing this was then passed on to his colleague - no problem at this moment in time until, the lady was having problems with the code, she picked up any other pair of tracksuit bottoms I said is it a large she said yes. And to my surprise I come home in East london with tracksuit bottoms being a medium. This is NOT what I wanted and she miss sold an item, totally unacceptable.

This JD sports management is terribly poor with their treatment towards young people, which is shocking considering the fact JD owns that specific target audience. The environment is heavily toxic and ruins the work ethic for individuals. I do not suggest working here even if you’re looking for work experience as it ruins your view of what work life can truly be like.

Good service. Mostly young people so helpful with giving advice on choosing the right shoe for my teenage son. Will recommend.

Disappointing in all honesty.
Service very dire, waited 20 minutes or so after asking for a size in a shoe.
Only to be told they did not have my size, although one shoe of my size was on display in store.
The excuse for this was laughable, it was an odd shoe missing its better half.
To finish off these rather expensive elusive shoes didn't even come in my size at all 😂.
Not sure how this odd shoe became to be, but I can only assume they are reproducing 😂😂

Not polite, not nice, no "thank you", not appreciating my custom.

Wow....

Very overpriced clothes that are unlikely to be worn by actually sports people. Black Nike jogging trousers £90....
However the service was brilliant when we bought a sale item.

JD is good, nice trainers but very expensive, needs to increase on discounts and sakes

Good rangevof products. As with a lot of sportswear places the prices aren't always that cheap
