Waited 20 mins for service in an empty store... eventually was served... but all the shoes I picked were in the wrong place... and we're more expensive!!!!...miserable staff... couldn't purchase anything... so I walked out of the mess the shop is in.

Absolutely love Sports Direct, damn good value for some older brands. Saff are usually very helpful but there can sometimes be a wait for help in the shoe/trainers section. Be aware they DO Not give refunds!!! But instead they give store credit, usually that's not a problem as you can usually get cheap socks or something with the credit note. Watch out for some of the cheaper brands as the quality isn't great, an example of this was the Gellert hiking boots which were made with paper soles that crumbled the first time I put them through the wash.

Blackwood Sports direct I had great service with great choice of sports and fashion wear there. The footwear department is very good! with all the big brands Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Under Armour 5🌟

Shocking customer service. Tried to over charge me then had the cheek to say is it any point in arguing over a £1. When I said it's better in my pocket than yours the jumped up cashier said it's only a £1 and is better on the floor .
