Staff in this branch are always friendly and helpful. The store has the usual items found in all stores.
There is a post office within the store at the back. It can get very busy and quesues are not managed well.

I gave it one star so that I could make my feeling known about the attitude of their staff.
Unhelpful and arrogant , if it wasn't for the fact that I needed to use the Post Office , I would never again step inside that shop.

There is a KAREN lurking in there. She will shout at you without regard to your wellbeing as a customer, nor will she care if or not you need help. She will just shout and tell you to get out of her way.

I have used the post office at the back of the store for years, and the staff are amazing and working in very difficult conditions with no natural light or air at the back of the store. They are constantly having to deal with unreasonable members of the public and do so with courtesy and efficiency. The WHSmith staff are very helpful too.
The public should be much kinder and appreciative of the work these guys do.

I don't really shop in WHSmith but I have to go in there as the main post office is located inside at the back. My recent visit was to post three parcels. I wish I had paid for tracking as I am only aware of one having reached it's destination but maybe the recipients are just rude and ungrateful! 😂

The 2 Stars are because the post office was helpful. The staff have also been friendly in the past but totally dropped the ball today.

Both WHSmith and the Post Office staff are amazing, always very helpful and polite, very efficient service. Just expect Post Office ques, at certain times 😊

Always lovely, wide range of items to select from. Clean and well-stocked. Friendly associates.
