It’s unfortunate the store has little competition as it could encourage a more courteous and helpful staff. Asking for assistance and interrupting the staff conversation clearly is irritating to them. It’s a shame that the culture of this branch doesn’t support a friendly and polite service, even when purchasing not a single pleasantry.

Not very pleasant staff. Unhelpful. We used self service till and paid for bag but no bags there. When we mentioned this we were told 'Yes there are!' She then produced some bags from underneath the counter!
