Very very run down. I'm convinced this shop hadn't been refurbished since it was built. Very messy and dirty, floor is sticking up, half carpet half flooring as it was obviously 2 separate shops beforehand. Staff obviously hate their jobs, never enough stock. I only go in when I HAVE to, otherwise I buy online or just do without. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I was surprised by the selection of goods available in-store given its size, and with the click and collect service you can always order in anything that isn't available in store. Found a book in the clearance section that wouldn't be in my local one.

Long time to wait for services, two customers were front of me and they left their stuff gone out the store, and I said to cashier that hurry up you are taking so long time to serve the customer, and shey said I am serving the customer and it takes as long it takes, I left the shop too, she was very rood old bag.

Quite a small shop but usually have what you are looking for with friendly staff but not enough of them as usually have to wait to be served

Usual functional service by a person rather than machine. Store was clean and tidy with shelves well filled.
