I went to claim the free theme deck of the new pokemon set as a reward program, and they denied completely and even after I explained, they didn't care. Really? If I won the reward, i want my reward! I just wanted the reward galar theme deck. Geez. I hope you're all reading. Might try again tomorrow see if they've regained their senses.

Big collection of pens and office supplies. One self check out machine is available.

Nice little store with lots of magazines and stationary. Store was tidy and easy to navigate around.

Kids loved having a look around.

Staff were friendly and helpful and showed me were to look for a book I wanted.

Great range of literary genres for all ages.

Over the years I've found most of the staff lovely, happy and helpful in this branch. The store must have a good manager. WHSmith are expensive so I only usually buy products from them that are same price everywhere although sometimes one can get some bargain reduced price confectionery in this store.

I had a wonderful experience in the WH Smith store. The customer service was exceptional. One staff member in particular exceeded my expectations her name is Latanya. She honestly deserves all the praise and recognition by her management. An asset it to her company and a very hardworking individual!

Latanya provided me an amazing and very promising service which I had a DHL parcel to be delivered.
