It's expensive. Everybody said that. But it's inside Terminal 2, past the security, so you have to put prices in perspective. I find it reasonable when I compare to other outlets in the same area.

The shelves are always well sorted and organised. Also, the drinks are cold. Many other places around sell warm drinks in fridges that are not even plugged. So here, at least, I am sure I will get a bottle of water and a cold Diet Coke for the flight.

I paid £1.99 for a 500 ML Coke bottle and £2.99 for a 140 grams of M&Ms in Sep 2018.

I leave 5 stars by comparison to other stores in the same area.

Best option in terminal 2, to grab some last minute gifts and snacks. Lots of different chocolates and candy.

Poor customer service and all I wanted was a cheese and bread sandwich, which they sell. Yet after taking off sections of what I thought may have been pepper or some type of spread, I realized halfway into my meal that it was mold. Unprofessional and disgusting, especially for the outrageous cost!

Nice WH Smith store at Heathrow T2. It is well stocked with food items including sandwiches to have some quick foods to eat. They have SIM cards basic essentials and some travel accessories that you would expect in a WH Smith store located at the airport. This one is in the arrivals area. You can also buy masks and vaping stuff and some snus from Norway is even stocked here. The lady at the counter was very pleasant and overall a good store. When I entered it was very clean too and organised and had plenty of stock items. Excellent.

Very helpful service people and a nice little selection of books. Also offer food, sweets and some products from the British Museum.

Good place for a quick meal or almost anything else that you may need for your travels. This includes snacks, drinks, phone accessories, travel accessories and local sim cards. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit on the higher side.
