UOE Store and Post Office Camden

I was standing in a long queue at the post office at Camden high street , watching the lady called Beata doing her amazing job, smiling, trying her very best to help her cusp. It made my day to see someone from their heart first thing in the morning. Bless you Beata. We need to see more people like you .

I can not but share the experience I had when i had to send money gram to a family friend in Senegal on the 18th and 19th July. Miss Bea as I will describe her attended to me on both days referenced. Her reception and attendance was something I can take anywhere. My personal experience in the course of performing transactions with her was very excellent. Considering my background as a banker, I am highly impressed with her brilliant and excellent customer relationship displayed. She has got the smiling attitude, she is very patient and takes her time to attend to customers as highly demanded of her. She is very passionate about the job. I can conclude by recommending her for any organisation..She is qualified to hold a sensitive position.

She deserves to be elevated to a greater height..

Most disrespectful and ignorant staff I’ve ever encountered at post office. 5 months ago I had the same problem- when I came to collect a parcel, gave my card and staff member just looked at it and said sorry your parcel is not here (without looking at the back). I was sent around 3 post offices while finally Euston post office printed me paper work that proves that parcel is held at Camden post office. When I came to Camden branch with the paper work, same guy served me- it took him 1 second to find my parcel, however, he never said sorry. Fast forward today roughly 11ish o’clock I came to collect my parcel with my ID and collection card a woman served me at the counter took my name and went to the back to check for my parcel. Came back and sorry it’s not here. I nicely asked her to check it again since the last time they had the same problem and I’m really in a rush today. She came back to the stockroom TOOK my parcel and proceeded to speak with another staff member in front of me instead of giving the parcel! Please check CCTV. Then she gave me a card to sign with the biggest attitude in her entire life. Guys can please train your staff how to behave and serve customers. Not sure which experience was the first or this one but I hope those branch gets closed down.

Mr David was super helpful & friendly. He told me the best options for my parcel that I did not even know existed - and then he even helped carry them to cashier desk! Excellent service and cheered me up tremendously on this rainy day! Moein took over the rest of the transaction and was also efficient and friendly. Thank you both very much for going above and beyond :)

Had the best customer service I've had in the long while! Was greeted by Richard, who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful with explaining the process for changing a NZ licence to a UK one. Was then served by Moein who was very patient and clear while assisting with all the different aspects of the application.

Thanks again, for such lovely customer service - will definitely be back again soon!
