Always helpful and friendly and i am usually able to find what i want

No C.S Lewis or anything else in there, seems to be more focused on pens etc anything of any else. Children's shelf id 5ft x 6ft with a 3ft bit on the end... this includes the teenage section. Not a place for a 9 year old Xmas present.

Small but well stocked store, could do with making customers more aware there is an upstairs.

Young girl on a Friday was very knowledgeable about GCSE searching for swotting books as she said she had sat hers last year 😃 and wished my granddaughter good luck.

A lot of interesting books but massively overpriced, good to browse then get cheaper elsewhere

This is a small issue - this store do not sell a wide variety of revision guide subjects for students, unlike other stores. Also, this shop is quite smaller than the size of a regular WHSmith store, so you may not find the items you are looking for. I have gave it a 2 instead of a 1 as it has been partially useful in the past, which I am grateful for. For a wide variety of items, I highly recommend you visit the store in Victoria Centre, unless you’re an online shopper. This may be inconvenient, but believe me, it is worth it.
