Always, when I go to this shop, everybody very friendly and helpful.If somebody wanna use the western union, here can find one western union point and if u dont know the system, everybody help for u very welcome!! Am very happy with this shop.

Wh Smith has never changed in all the years I can remember it. Always a bit dark and dingy, full of sticky children, and dirty-floored. The boy who served me was easily confused, but the manager's service was good when returning a faulty item.

On Saturday 15th December I purchased a top up for my phone at WH Smith branch in Weybridge. I was working in a nearby shop and hurried in the pouring rain to purchase this voucher before my next client arrived. On returning to my shop I found the voucher to be incorrect , with no voucher number. I returned to your branch and was treated extremely rudely by the staff and then by the manager who told me never to return to the shop . Eventually the correct voucher was issued after waiting for a long time. I hope that you will take steps to berate this manager and get him to issue me with a full apology. This is not the attitude I expect from your company and I await your reply.

Appalling store, dingy and the staff are badly trained. I was returning a printer cartridge, the very unhelpful lady on the till told me I couldn’t return it as I didn’t have a paper receipt. I told her “you only give receipts now if people ask for them”, and as I had the purchase on my phone banking app it was the same thing. She then told me she didn’t know how to do it and could I come back and see Simon tomorrow!!. I said no, suddenly she knew how to do it and done a £43 refund on the card. I asked for a receipt, she said she only had one and had to keep it, so I took a screen shot of it on my phone. Glad I did as this idiot actually debited another £43 instead of refunding it, so I now have to go back into Weybridge again. Why don’t they train their staff on the systems and why don’t they teach them to smile?

Very small store. Urgently in need of a refurbishment. Staff seemed utterly disinterested and more interested in their own conversation than actually answering my question.

Bought a Calender from them yesterday. There is no 31st of January on it. School boy error for a company that's been knocking them out for years.
