Busy books and magazine store inside Heathrow airport, but well supplied.

The shop assistant was extremely nonchalant about my request for help, and when I already got back to board on the plane, the assistant came back to me telling me they wanted to check my payment. I went back with him, but the shop manager didn’t even keep the payment record and they forced me with a very rude attitude to go back and force to show them the items I purchased. During the process of chasing my payment, they rose their voices and even showed extremely serious insult to me... and in the end I almost missed my flight just for returning their “unsuccessfully” paid items... I gotta say during my 1year and a half long life in London, this was the worst shopping experience...

One staff she was soo roud and very bad service she don’t want even move from the counter when i ask politely to help i ask her for advice and she ignored me.

I ate one thing from this place that made me terribly ill. The Pringle’s were old and too salty and overpriced. The sandwiches are tasteless and the bread is old and mushy. I fell for that meal deal they’re advertising. 4.99 for a sandwich and a drink and a bag of chips but don’t be fooled. That food is some of the worst airport food I’ve eaten. And it made me so sick I couldn’t go into work.

Worst customer service experience ever. Was chased out the store and assaulted by a member of staff because I supposedly didn’t pay for something, even though I had the proof I had paid! I’d accidentally scanned it again as I put it in my bag and she came screaming out the store, hit me, and made a scene. Will be filing a police report.

Didn't have a single newspaper on a Friday morning. A few sold out, sure but to have NONE is just bad planning by the store.

The lady with the dark hair working here today did an amazing job - so friendly, making clients aware of deals, helping people find their stuff and checking out. She deserves a raise!

The store sells brutally OVERPRICED MOBILE SIM cards. To ensure they lure you in on getting their SIM they have a "mobile representative" in the store who's mission is to install and activate the card but mostly to lie in your face that othee UK providers are going to charge more than them which is utterly false. The "cheapest" SIM there is 25 GBP for 25 Gigabyte of data. The same SIM card with exactly similar features can be found for 10 GPB outsite the airport (purchased one from VODAFONE in the READING mall next day). Unless you REALLY have to use the phone when landing to Heathrow AVOID those scammers with all costs. Better use your roaming provider for that urgent call then youy get your SIM elsewhere. Being in the airport and offering service at odd hours need to be compensated more than a cell provider in the malls however not by paying 150% more. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.!!!
