WHSmith

We used to buy books here. We have visited this shop several times and one thing hasn't changed, customer service is not very good here. How can it be so different in London's WHSmith shops. In London they know the meaning if the customer.

Small store but has the basics. London airport prices to be expected. I didn’t interact with customer service so can’t comment

Today I visited the store to purchase a drink and an electric vape Miss Kavitha helped me choosing one and the pods unfortunately they were the wrong ones as I made my way back to purchase the right ones she very kindly said that she made a mistake by giving me the wrong ones (my fault as well for not checking) and she called Miss Tina (manager) which came super quick to our aid and exchange the wrong ones for the righ ones this 2 ladies get 5⭐ rating to customer service quick and efficient and always helping the customer with a smile definitely worth it going to this store just to talk with them

I brought a club sandwiches to eat and the bacon was absolutely raw.
I had to bin the bacon cos it was uncooked and would of made me sick.
I end up paying £4+ for bread and a couple of thin tomate slices.
Maybe whsmith think this is ok but it is not.,it is simply an absolute don't care actitude and give me the money for nothing
I won't be getting into a whsmith anytime soon that's for sure.
Get samebody to check the quality please at those price you can agirded. If we can agirde you then you for sure can afford to pay same good company to do proper cooked club sandwiches.

Simply awful. Poor stock, ridiculous prices, grumpy staff.

Nice WH Smith store at Gatwick South block. It is well stocked with food items including sandwiches to have a quick food. They also have few souvenirs from London to buy it as duty free. Overall good store.

I don’t see how there are so many bad reviews. When I went to the store about a week ago it was plenty stocked and there wasn’t a line at the self checkouts. There is a good selection of food and sweets as I would expect from a WHSmith.

The store has had a transformation and looks quite modern compared to the regular WHsmith. Overall it’s a great store.
