Bit small & cramped. Overpriced. OK for some stuff but plenty of other places in town nearby sell for cheaper. Books & magazine range good though. OK staff.

They sell cards, books etc... To be honest the store is a bit of a sh@t hole. Always untidy, staff are helpful enough but let's face it the only reason to go into a WHSmiths is because you need a card, a pen, it's just started chucking it down with rain or you think someone is following you and you think you might fool them by going into WHSmiths, and if they do follow you will have a veritable arsenal of stationary with which to defend yourself with, or just a hefty hardback book. It's a WHSmiths, used to be better class of shop, now it's generally just unemployed people checking their lottery tickets, hence the general air of disappointment when you walk in. Your choice, either way have a great day.

Popped in for a box of chocolates. Staff in high spirits. Lovely 5 minutes spent in store. The staff really brought home Christmas.

Not the largest WHSmith but still had all the choice. Spent more than we intended, but the gifts were well received.

Great place to buy stationary and for books as well as odd bits. Staff are generally friendly though a bit slow and often the single staff member is not enough so service is slow. Price is expensive but still reasonable for most things. The most annoying part is the huge quantity of generally useless vouchers that are given out.

Always a great shop although the photography magazines are impossible to get to unless you sit down on the floor to look!

Never buy neck pillow from here
The size is for kids not adults!!! It’s so small around the neck, I can’t even close and I am medium built not even large
