WHSmith

Used click and collect. A good service once they managed to find the books I'd ordered and they said were ready for collection.

As always for a WHSmith good range of products, usually slightly over priced compared to such places as The Works but generally get a higher quality of product.

Far too expensive as is all WHSmiths, poor amount of stock, staff who try avoid help g a customer by disappearing as soon as some one comes in the shop. Not just here this seems to be the way in all of the WH Smiths stores.

The staff are all very friendly and I found what I went in for. I also got a reduced Crunchy bar for my son!

I love WHS. All sorts of books and stationery. Everything can be ordered. Very helpful staff

I used to shop here regularly when my son was growing up as it was really good for school stationary etc. and magazines, plus decent cards, wrap & art supplies. I used to go in just to browse but I've no idea why anyone would want to shop there now - it's really expensive, the range is poor and too many of the staff indifferent.
I first shopped here not long after the Centre opened and it had a really good music department downstairs - happier times...

Excellent range of stationery from recycled notebooks, organisers, diaries, art materials e.g. Watercolour paper pads, pens, sketching pencils, Watercolour paints, Acrylic paints, and paintbrushes, books, greetings cards, Easter bunny rabbits, newspapers, confectionery and soft drinks. Always find something of good value for money in this shop because of their 3 for 2 special offers.

Not impressed with the outcome I received, came here last Thursday to get a Ice Scraper for my car, waited at the counter for 30 minutes and no one was there they were too busy chatting in the back room, I had no choice but walk away and leave it behind came back and seen them on the counter didn't want to say anything just in case if it esculates into a situation, not impressed with the pure bad service from here and probably won't visit this WHSmith again
