One of my favourite bookstores I have been to. It seems to be more of a library, with books spread out over five floors, and comprehensive listings for each subject. This place is very accessible and very convenient to everyone who wants to visit. It is a place that you must go if you are looking for a good bookin very affordable prices. The store is packed of huge selection of different kinds of books. If you are looking for books on any subject, it's probably here in this bookstore.

Good selection of more than just books and toys, quite expensive though but I would still recommend this place.

Wanted a GCSE Biology workbook urgently so went to WH Smith in Reigate. Asked for help with the vast selection as I was looking specifically for OCR exam board. Just noticed - a few days before exam - the assistant wasn’t as helpful as I thought - its an AQA workbook. Next time I’ll use the internet as I’m more likely to double check. This is crucial guys, try to care will you?

Selfish workers. Online the shop says it closes at 4pm, I go inside at 13:55 and as I’m browsing around she says she won’t serve anymore customers as the shop closes at 2pm i told her I’d only be a second and she says she won’t serve me as the shop has closed and asks me to leave. I understand your shift finishes at 2pm but have some human decency, very selfish behaviour it would’ve only been maximum 5min of your time to serve an extra customer.

Useful staff, good, small store for the essentials, but not a huge selection of goods.

Always closed when it should be open!
Its 9.10 now and it should have been open ten mins ago. This is a regular occurrence. Was closed for 2 days straight las week when it was due to be open.
