Oddly laid out store with books on the ground floor and then stationery, cards, etc on the 1st floor. Not the widest choice of books but there are some good deals to be found here as opposed to Waterstone's.

Good size store with in-store post office at the back of the ground floor (upper level). Magazines, cards, stationary, and Costa Coffee can be found on the ground floor, whilst books can be found downstairs on the lower floor. Helpful and friendly staff.

The shop layout does not make things easy to find, particularly for books, which are arranged by popularity rather than alphabetically.
There is a wide range of greeting cards to suit all tastes.

FAB! FAB! FAB! I simply LOVE THIS STORE! I spent a leisurely hour , just looking at all the 👌 toys, stationary, etc etc! So many lovely items.... And that's without, looking at the books! Also has a coffee shop inside....

Great if you want a magazine or stationery. Quite pricey compared to alternatives, but always a good range. But why is there a Kobo desk if it's never manned?

Christina at the counter has a very bad attitude about customer service. this is not a place for being rude and unhelpful! all the time i had a very good experience at this shop until this time when Christina started shout at me with no reason... i am regular customer who is getting the same things every single time, i never had a problem so far..

A large WHSmiths. Friendly helpful staff. With a Post office in the upper level of the store. The staff there can be abit Grumpy at times. Nice selection of books and if they don't have it they can order it in for you.

Nice , Spacious shop with 2 floors and almost all stationary requirements available. Lots of offers. Most of the National curriculum books available. Great place to bring kids to inspire learning.
