Always friendly and helpful staff. They stock a good range of magazines even the less frequent periodicals. If they don’t have what you require on the shelf then simply ask an assistant.

Just been into this shop to purchase a book, I could not find it so asked a assistant who was very rude & sarcastic when I asked if someone could help found a book her reply was yes we have loads of books upstairs, when I said don't bother she replied that she was only joking but it didn't come across as a joke, think you need to retrain your staff in how to speak to customers, good news I got the book I wanted from the works where the staff are professional, will not be using this shop again
