The woman who runs the post office on a Sunday is incredibly rude with no customer service skills.

I've been there today around 11am . I'm so disappointed. Black lady (without badge with name) was very rude ! Unprofessional ! She attacks me and started insulting me.
I had just few questions but she treat me very bad. Maybe she don't like a white people but it's not a reason to treat me like that. If she have any problem maybe is better to change the job because definitely she shouldn't work with people.

The worst experience I have ever had. The staff were so rude! And unprofessional! My sister simply went to go to the post office located in store, she was was stopped by a whsmith member of staff who rudely told her she had to wait behind the yellow line. This was understandable but the staff member proceeded to rudely keep shouting. My sister commented in retaliation she was not doing her job properly. Because of this another member of staff came out who had not witnessed the incident and just presumed my sister was rude and told her she could not use there services, the post office also then refused service despite not having even seen or heard what happened. I meanwhile was waiting outside and had nothing to do with this incident, I then proceeded to queue to be served. The so called manager, Kate of whsmith then told me she would refuse me service also despite not having done anything. When I calmly tried to explain to her the situation, she refused to listen and instead threatened to close the entire store unless I left. I told her I didn't understand why I was being treated this way when I had nothing to do with it. She kept shouting at me and then both members of staff for whsmith and one from the post office all verbally abused me in front of other customers. I said I would come back tomorrow and she (Kate the manager) then told me I was banned for life. I asked her to tell me where the other nearest post office is and she was very rude and reluctant. I had to beg for an answer. I was in no way rude and am quite frankly discusted and appalled by there horrible behaviour. No one should be treated this way.

Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I have witnessed verbal abuse to customers several times before and experienced it for myself today after a staff member was unnecessarily rude. Would expect more professional behaviour in a chain store. Would not recommend shopping here.
