Online purchase delivered to store - poor service. Vague emails saying will be with you 'in 2-3 days'. Store couldn't tell me when their next delivery was due. All very stressful pre-Christmas. Won't use for online orders again.

For a shop that sells maths books, it would do them good to read them. Prices are listed wrong for multiple products. I bought a stationary set £3.99 and a pack of lead refills priced at around £1 and got charged around £8! Meanwhile, the staff there are always pleasant.

WHSmith was never the cheapest place and ID stand for quality however I found it prices today over the top their own brand product HB pencils really are cheap and nasty and the pound shop gives better quality, they seem to be in excessive packaging in a world that's trying to produce less plastic waste staff Amazon it was very helpful as the shop is organised with displays I don't run smoothly
So today I actually left and went to Rymans got the same product including a rubber and pencil sharpener in smaller packaging high quality with a £2. 50 item lower price WHSmith can't rest on his laurels even faithful customers are looking elsewhere

Oh dear what has happened to WH Smith High prices, dull displays and sad looking staff. Badly organised displays, couldn't find what I was looking for and no one to ask. It looks as if they have lost their identity and try to sell a little bit of everything.

Only trouble was I couldn't get parking nearby as its all restricted everywhere around there in Yeovil & have to pay to park just to quickly pop in & buy something (an A-Z map of the area as I was seeking!) As it's within a paved~in pedestrianised area of road, have to park away & walk back, that was limiting & frustrating so I gave up & might buy online instead. Otherwise I like WH Smith's, long time established company !

Part of our High Street, for all our lives. Pop in for the odd magazine, cards, folders, etc. Try to check prices before buying, but quality is usually worth the bit extra. Worth a visit.

Had what I wanted. Post Office not as good now moved to smiths. Older blond haired woman rude and abrupt. Not what you expect from post office. Smiths have what you want at a price.

It's good to have a Post office inside.
