I cannot praise the customer service at the Chorley branch of WH Smith highly enough. On two occasions my queries have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. The manageress ( at least I think she is the manageress and if she isn’t she ought to be) has gone beyond the call
of duty to assist me. The staff I have met have been courteous, helpful and polite. It is refreshing to come across such good customer service.

Half the size it used to be so doesn't have a wide selection of goods. Usually quiet.

Staff of the original post office, now jobs at risk from wh smith purchase on franchise basis. Shame to hear that for the long serving staff, probably downsize the service also. Plans?

Used post office at back of the WHSmith. Staff helpful but long queue due to poor staffing levels.

Nice small place with a full post office services. However their selection is very small.

WHSmith staff really unhelpful nowhere near as many magazines anymore. I would say they will go bang soon. Way behind other retailers and dam expensive.

Very busy post office...but the staff are very friendly and helpful!
