Decent range of products but pricy compared with the store in the city centre. Get what you need there before going to the station.

Standard range of products which you would expect from WH Smith's. Convieniently placed whilst commuting or on the way home after work. The happiness and enthusiasm of some staff, is questionable to a point of to not bother. Perhaps a customer service course, has been bypassed for to long.

Very displeased with the attitude of cashier. Grunted when said that I’m going to use a e gift card. The gift card didn’t work either. Disappointed.
