Haven’t eaten here for years. Like the new menu and the Sunday roast was excellent! A choice of 3 meats and the chicken like this (char grilled) was very nice. All the dishes in the plate were great and will visit again. Nice atmosphere and excellent service from the team.

The Good:
1. Nice venue.
2. Lots of parking.

The Bad:
1. Reserved a table and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated past our reservation time.
2. Food took a hour to come out.
3. Poor staff service. Did not ask if we wanted more drinks and did not ask how our food was.
4. Small portions and very basic food that is over priced.

Result:
1. Avoid this franchise and particularly this venue.
2. Weatherspoons has all the same menu, but is way cheaper, larger portions and faster service.
3. Over all a very disappointing experience.
4. See the attached photo. This is the portion size as it came. I had to request for more fries.

Overnight stay in the Premier Inn, So after a long day on the road I was looking forward to some hot food and this Beefeater on Eureka Park in Ashford, Kent didn't disappoint, the starter was nice, Golden Potato Dippers followed by a extremely delicious Haddock n Chips but the jewel in the crown was the waitress Hannah G who was a Ray of Sunshine skipping between tables with a beautiful smile making sure everybody was happy, she definitely deserves a promotion and pay rise..

Terrible meal. Arrived for booking at 5:30 had a starter which took 40 mins and main didn't arrive until 7pm. Crunch Burger was burnt and cold chips, sons mash potato was still frozen and other son had finished his dinner before his beans arrived. We could see the food sitting waiting to go out for ages before collected. By this point I just wanted out, no dessert as it took so long for mains. My view understaffed, some chefs were good as my dad's steak was perfect other chefs can't even cook a burger and timing for all meals was a mess. Didn't pay for the burger but wouldn't go there again.

Clean and tidy, quickly met at the door.
Great staff "Morgan", friendly and helpful.
The food choices were good and lovely to eat, really well cooked.
But please put a human on the phone booking system, that humanoid robot is laborious.

I visited the beefeater as I was staying next-door in the hotel
I was travelling alone and was made to feel so welcome
All the staff were friendly and chatty but 1 young lady stood out to me her name was Megan (hope I spelt that right)
I caught her on her first shift. And I must say a natural behind the bar. X
The food was amazing came out piping hot. And full of flavour x well done to all of u. X I will be back. X

First meal post lock down. Greater at the door and reminded to sort out parking. Meal arrived at a reasonable time and was warm. They have single use menu on the tables but my looking at QR code scanners at the table might be beneficial to them. There was pricing on the alcohol menu, we just had the names
Of them all. This was strange to me as, there was pricing on the food menu
