Absolutely dreadful avoid the place. Appalling service waitress had a face ththat would stop a clock clearly didn't want to be there. Ribeye steak was nothing more than a piece of frying stake which i couldn'tcut let alone chew . Advertised as triple cooked chips
in reality nothing more than uncooked
Oven chips. Half a raw dried tomatoes
And a raw mushroom for garnish. My Mum had the desert with golden oaty crumble allegedly nothing resembling in reality. Over priced slop I will never return and advise anyone else to do the same.

We visited in the holidays for breakfast. Although very busy we were served by a lovely man who seemed to be doing multiple jobs very well.
Food was super fresh and tasty.
We had continental and the hot breakfast option.
I didn't realise kids eat for free so I paid £9.50 for 1 adult and 2 children with unlimited food and drink - absolutely incredible!
I'd highly recommend.

Not a bad place but not the best place, the staff aren't managed correctly. Waited nearly 45 minutes to be served the drinks. When the food came out it was cold. The waitress came over and touched it to check then took the plates back and just warmed it up instead of making fresh. We then made them make us fresh food as they had been touching it. This took nearly an hour to come out. By this point the rest of the party had already finished their main course. Manager gave discount as an easy way out. But the problem of the staff being managed correctly is never going to be sorted as the discount just looked like an easy way out of the situation. The restaurant wasn't even busy so that wasn't even a good excuse. 70% off the food was great. Also 40 minutes in to waiting for food we was told an item wasn't avaliable. That should of been said at the start. Won't be going back any time soon.

Had a fantastic meal here. The staff were great, and didn't have to wait long for the food. My grandchildren loved their meal, and enjoyed coloring in pictures to go on the pub wall. The family meal fir £20 was good value. Would recommend this pub/restaurant.

So our experience was awful, firstly We went in and got a drink before our meal due to being early, then we went in and waited over 1 hour for our main meal, they forgot to bring us more drinks out when we ordered also. Then we finally got our food we asked for sauce which came…… After I asked 3 times and by that time my food was cold and my partner eat his food. His food was fine but my stake I asked for medium and it was very very rare. Blood was even on my plate. Then once we eat I had to go find someone to bring our desert as it was a meal deal which again was annoying. That I had to go find them. Then we had that which was nice and I had to quickly ask for bill as it was getting late. Then my bill was wrong.

And the breakfast I don’t even want to go there. Very poor and not good quality only nice thing was the egg and coffe. Will never be returning

One good thing. Desert was really nice and the staff also was nice decor good and was clean.

Lovely main meal but slightly disappointed starter. It could have done with a side salad or something else other than just the goujons and dip. Temperature of the seating area also needs to be more closely monitored as it was far too hot when we arrived. Main meal was really tasty hence photo.

Stopped in the Premier Inn next door so it was very handy for a pint and some grub. Had the Mixed Grill twice (it was that good) also had "The big Dipper" burger, nice tasty burger. Also had breakfast here when stopping in the Hotel. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice and nice Costa coffee to wash it down. Help yourself to the "Continental" and place your cooked breakfast order with the Waiter/Waitress as much as you can eat, absolutely lovely cooked breakfast and the Staff couldn't do enough for you...looking forward to my next stay there, next week.....👍👍👍👍

Ate here as part of the meal deal at the Premier Inn. Sadly no photos of dinner, too hungry, but the chicken melt was decent enough pub fayre.

Remembered to photograph my breakfast though. All you can eat but unlike last night, not so hungry, but really enjoyed what I had.

Staff very helpful and polite. Happy to return.

Christmas? Suddenly remembered that it's not so far away. Scary.
