Middletons Steakhouse & Grill

It's a beautiful place,everyone was really lovely.The service was great and the food looked amazing.
The only reason why I didn't give it 5stars is that the food is expensive especially the steaks.i think a lot of restaurants provide the same quality food for a bit less than its here.But the plates look beautiful and the food is lovely.Our waitress was so lovely, smiley and very kind

Good quality food, good service. However we visited on the jubilee bank holiday at 8pm and the place was very empty. Not always a good sign. 3 course meal was enjoyed. One big objection I have a 10% serviced charge was added to the bill automatically and you have to ask this to be taken off. I feel you shouldn’t have to do this. If you wish to leave a tip for good service then that is your choosing and not forced upon you. If the employer pays their employees good salaries then service charge shouldn’t be added. After all we as customers are keeping you in business.

Food was good but portions we not very generous, service was a bit rushed at the start however it improved and there wasn't too much atmosphere. Also the gent's toilet needed an overhaul.
Apart from that generally it was good and we had a really nice time. I would go back though despite my slightly critical review, however if we don't review honestly then things don't get a chance of changing, especially with places with premium prices🙃

Food is always cooked to perfection and always make my favourite cocktails the way I like them. Bit pricey but, being a chef I can say, it is worth every penny. The staff are friendly and can't do enough for you. I get there as often as I can knowing each time will be awesome!

Enjoyed my visit here. Staff where very kind and helpful. The Ale on tap was limited which is why I didn't give 5 stars. The car park is spacious and easily accessible if you're disabled. We took out 2 year old and a high chair was provided, with an activity book as well. We found the 3 course deal hard do decipher. Apart from this the steak was top quality and cooked to perfection.

All staff were very friendly and attentative. From the booking to the service, atmosphere was lovely and ambient and food was cooked fresh and piping hot upon serving.
Was an overall great experience. Management were very accommodating to the extra people added to our booking last minute, and they made it a very enjoyable time for all including children. Price is what you would expect, as is reflected in the amazing service. Would definitely be coming back and recommend to anyone.

We went for Christmas lunch. We have had lovely roasts on there before so decided to go for Christmas day with 9 of our family. We had a three course lunch.
My starter was a Stilton and walnut souffle which was lovely but could of been served a bit warmer as it was nearly cold.
When we had all got our turkey and started eating we all agreed that the food was not very hot and the vegetables and roast potatoes were all hard! It was all covered in gravy which I love but my husband doesn't like gravy so really they should of served it in gravy boats. There was no choice of having puddings which on tradition you usually only have with beef but (come on)!!! We all love puddings with a roast especially at Christmas!!
For desserts we all had different things but most of them were luke warm.
We wasn't very impressed with it over all and it certainly wasn't worth paying £60 each for! They should stick to cooking steaks which is what they are good at!
