Customer service absolutely shocking, food wasnt cooked right, chef/owner had an attitude to match! Will not be going back again!! Would be no stars but womt let me post without a star

Mother in Law picked this restaurant so wasn't sure what to expect. As soon as the food came out we knew she had made an Excellent choice. The steak we had was absolutely incredible. So much nicer then all the commercial steak houses in the area. The owner was such a humble kind man, he even provided us with free jager shots as we were first time diners. As soon as we finished our food and paid the bill (very reasonable) we booked a table for 10 ready for mother's Day. Very exited to return.

Went here for my birthday, a party of eight and we all thought the food was absolutely amazing! Six steaks all cooked perfectly and all bought to the table together, 2 ribs also amazing! Very happy we all have said we will definitely go again! The owner was extremely pleasant 100% deserves five stars!

My meal was delicious. I had a rump steak with corn on the cob and chips also 2 drink which was reasonabley prices. There was nothing on the menu which was expensive I would highly recommend this restaurant to the people who would like to go as a group or solo for a quite meal or even a couple. Staff are wonderful and very friendly

We was the only customers in the restaurant for our whole sitting. Food was ok but all my meat except the rump steak wasnt fresh and had been reheated therefore very dry. Service was fantastic and although not restaurants fault. We had trouble paying our bill with there faulty card machine
Took over half hour and a walk to the cash machine before it eventually worked.
Would go again in season when its busy and food would probably be fresh.

We were in the restaurant for approx 15 minutes before we were given menus. Customers on a table next to us were waiting over an hour just for their starters. When they arrived, they were poor quality and the chicken was undercooked. They didn't stay for their main meal. We were waiting for our meal for over 45 minutes, so we asked the waitress if she knew how long the meal would be. She was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable. We paid for our drinks and left. Went to Wetherspoons around the corner instead and had a lovely meal.

Service was excellent: a lovely, polite, helpful young man. Steak was cooked beautifully; but the presentation was poor, with plain chips and a side salad. The no-frills approach would have scored a 3/5 but the excellent service earned another point.
