This place needs deep cleaning!
The food is very good.
Stuff are not bad .
But all tables are sticky, you should see carpet and floor, I was cleaning the chair for 10 min and still needs cleaning.
No napkins on the table.
Every time you need it , you have to ask.
I wonder if they ever cleaned the carpet or floor.
I really like to see the kitchen!!!

Booked a buffet for 20 following a local cremation. Could not fault anything. Food wonderful and plentiful. Cost reasonable. Given an elegant, secluded area but not shut away. Service faultless. Barman remembering drinks made life so much easier.

Great family pub and eatery, ideal if you're attending game at parc y scarlets. Fantastic vegan options and very friendly staff.

Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Staff here are second to none. Friendly, attentive and professional. Big thanks to Jess and Evie and the red haired lady who accommodated my late arrival and seating preference at the last minute. Only disappointment for me is that the menu has changed from something that was special to a menu that is mediocre. Still OK, but no big steaks, no beef dripping sauce and no black forest Sunday. I never have desert normally but if there was one desert I would have on every visit it would be the black forest Sunday.

Steak Sampler, onion rings, chips, tomato, shrooms, peppercorn sauce.

Called here as a last day treat before going back to work. Man serving us was lovely but food was shocking. A handful of chips amd the smallest chicken breast I have ever seen no sides hardly any bbq sauce. £28 for two of these absolutely scandalous. Understand they had run out over Xmas but surely they should have told the customers prior to ordering. Will not be returning

I came here for Christmas lunch with a friend and to be honest I wasn't expecting much, being a big chain. I have to say the food was really good. I had a turkey dinner with all the trimmings and it was delicious. Large portion too that I couldn't manage to finish completely. The waiter was just the right amount of friendly and attentive and provided excellent service. Like all chains, it's a bit like a supermarket restaurant inside, but I expected that. Overall pleasantly surprised 😊

Booked for Christmas day lunch, prompt service, delicious food, plenty of it with starter, main, dessert with coffee and mints to finish. Festive friendly atmosphere. 10 out 10. Well done and a big thank you to all the staff for their brilliant selfless efforts. Will be booking for next year asap.
